Job summary

Classic Fire + Life Safety is seeking a Project Manager to lead sprinkler and standpipe installation projects across the GTA. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role requires strong experience in fire protection, project management, and drawing review, with travel across the GTA and surrounding areas. A valid Ontario G license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire protection projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 14 standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors, Engineers, Architects, Owners and installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule installation and modification of sprinkler/standpipe systems.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication and installation personnel.
• Perform site visits and kickoff meetings.
• Coordinate with General Contractors/customers to meet deadlines and schedules.
• Prepare material take-offs and installation lists.
• Review change documents and assist with pricing changes.
• Support invoicing and liaise with accounting on billing.
