Qualifications

Job description

The Fire Sprinkler Manager oversees aspects of fire sprinkler system operations, including installation, maintenance, inspections, and compliance. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting regulatory standards and client expectations.

What you should expect:
  • Project Oversight: Manage fire sprinkler system installations and service projects from start to finish.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to codes, local regulations, and insurance standards.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
  • Quality Control: Review system designs, hydraulic calculations, and ensure proper flow and pressure levels.
  • Reporting: Track project metrics, profitability, and prepare operational performance reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to optimize service delivery.
What you should bring:
  • Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and fire protection codes
  • Experience with CAD software and hydraulic calculations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
