Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in London, Ontario is seeking a field service technician responsible for responding to and resolving service calls, providing technical support, and troubleshooting Honeywell security systems, HVAC and automation controls, life safety and fire systems.

You will perform preventative maintenance, deliver customer training, ensure paperwork is accurate and timely, and maintain strong customer relations while reporting to supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in security systems.
• Post-secondary education in electronics or technical field.
• Immunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act.
• Valid G Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve service calls for Honeywell security systems, HVAC, automation controls, life safety and fire.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting; perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete documentation and real-time job reporting.
• Train customers and ensure paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Maintain customer relations and communicate system status to supervisor.
