Job summary

Seltrek Electric Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Foreman for our multifamily residential projects in Western Canada. You will lead crews on site, ensure safety, quality, and timely progress, and coordinate with Project Managers and General Contractors to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership, 3+ years in multifamily residential construction, and strong skills in reading blueprints and electrical drawings. A driver’s license is preferred for site mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews as Foreman or Lead Hand.
• Minimum 3 years in multifamily residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on site.
• Plan daily activities and coordinate work to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with general contractors to maintain progress.
• Install, troubleshoot, and oversee electrical systems in multifamily buildings.
• Mentor apprentices and develop electricians.
