Scope of Works:

1. Reviewing the topology of microgrid system which includes Solar PV + Battery and/or Diesel Genset and/or other power plants, as well as Power Plant Controller (PPC) for Solar PV On Grid System.
2. Supervising the design of electrical panels for Energy Management System (EMS) including internal components.
3. Supervising the control concept of EMS for microgrid system and Solar PV PPC.
4. Supervising the flowchart for EMS automation program according to the control concept.
5. Supervising pre-commissioning and commissioning of Battery and EMS, including checks before energizing, individual tests, validation of SCADA, and automation program validation.
6. Coordinating with sales team for client requests related to battery and PV sizing for microgrid systems, including sensitivity analysis.
7. Coordinating with project manager to assign engineering personnel and schedule tasks.
8. Supporting sales team with technical aspects of EMS and Battery quotations to clients.
9. Developing standardizations of design and SOPs for microgrid engineering.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
3. At least 2 years of experience in Solar PV + Battery Off Grid or Hybrid Systems.
4. Experience leading an engineering team.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight schedules.
6. Proficiency in English.
7. Familiarity with PVSyst (especially for Solar PV + Battery Systems) is a plus.
8. Passionate about improvement and learning.
9. Good communication, planning, and time management skills.
10. Ability to work independently and proactively.
