Job summary

A leading luxury fashion brand is seeking a Lead to build and drive its E-Commerce analytics function. The role involves managing advertising analytics, creating tools, and fostering data-driven decision-making across teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in analytics, and a strong understanding of E-Commerce metrics. Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the paid and owned channels analytics.
  • Develop tools and reporting dashboards for the E-Commerce Team.
  • Partner closely with channels owners for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Recommend incremental advertising investments that meet financial business needs.
  • Manage GA4 analytics, channels attribution, and attribution modeling.
  • Drive data-informed decisions to optimize the customer journey and maximize revenue while collaborating with the Online Merchandising Team.
  • Collaborate with FP&A on the overall demand planning and guide the channels specialists on their targets to maximize paid media ROI.
  • Develop tools and reporting dashboards for the E-Commerce Team to help with their day-to-day operations as well to drive actionable insights.
  • Govern the roadmap of all ongoing improvements to data flows and structures while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Stay abreast of emerging tools and technologies to provide informed recommendations around industry best practices.
  • Oversee and prioritize analytics projects/requests to ensure a balance between business impact, scope, and velocity.
  • Partner closely with our paid and owned channels owners, Online Merchandising Team, and Finance to deliver on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the E-Commerce business, its data and patterns to become a key thought partner to other business units.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, creativity, and accountability.

We are looking for an analytical-focused Lead to build and drive our E-Commerce analytics function. Reporting to the Vice-President of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, this role is responsible for driving advertising analytics, media measurement including testing & experimentation, demand forecasting, and planning. The Lead will be working closely with the Online Merchandising Team on conversion rate optimization while delivering actionable insights to inform strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and results-driven environment while embarking in its next stage of growth.

Some of what you'll do:
Channels & Conversion rate Analytics (50%)
  • Own and evolve the paid and owned channels analytics with an objective of driving efficiencies in customer acquisition while maximizing LTV/CAC
  • Define and execute an analytics roadmap that leverages automation to solve complex problems
  • Build the testing and experimentation channels roadmap to drive analytics innovation in collaboration with the channels specialists
  • Recommend incremental advertising investments that meet financial business needs
  • Manage GA4 analytics, channels attribution, and attribution modeling
  • Drive data-informed decisions to optimize the customer journey and maximize revenue while collaborating with the Online Merchandising Team

Tools Development (30%)
