Job summary

Remote Genie is seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Consultant to support functional implementation, business process mapping, and system enhancements. You will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure D365 solutions align with business objectives.

The role covers leading analysis sessions, configuring D365 modules in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations/Business Central, performing gap analyses, writing FDDs, and supporting UAT and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (F&O or BC).
• Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, or core operations processes.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-800) are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; must be based in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis sessions and map processes to D365 functional specs.
• Configure D365 modules across Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations/Business Central.
• Perform gap analysis and write Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and Power BI developers on reporting.
