iA Financial Group is seeking a Lead Developer to drive the design, evolution, and support of critical business solutions for life insurance policy administration within the Odyssey Train. The role focuses on MS ecosystem development, performance, security, and long-term sustainability in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and partners to deliver solutions, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement while leveraging C#, .NET,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio and Azure DevOps or Git.
• Excellent written and spoken French skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in analysis, design, development, and evolution of business solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain applications built on .NET and SQL Server while ensuring performance, security, and sustainability.

• Participating in the analysis, design, development, and evolution of business solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Developing and maintaining applications built on .NET and SQL Server technologies while ensuring performance, security, and long term sustainability.
• Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and business partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Contributing to technical decisions, code reviews, quality assurance activities, and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting production applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
