Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team in Toronto to found and scale a new function, taking future platform products from early promise to live deployments with measurable business impact.

The role requires founder-minded leaders with 5–8 years of enterprise software experience, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel ~2x per month and work on-site 4–5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading enterprise software implementations and migrations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~2x per month and work on site 4–5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Translate fuzzy goals into crisp requirements, workflows, success metrics, and rollout plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders; maintain cadence, risk tracking, and launch readiness.
• Maintain multi-threaded project plans; build clear operating cadences and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training teams to drive configuration and data migration.
• Support change management and adoption within client organizations.
• Inform product development with customer input and scoping learnings.
• Contribute to playbooks and templates to improve speed and quality as we scale.
• Support sales and expansion in later-stage discovery and scoping.
