Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading technical teams.
• Basic Python and API integration understanding for prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving to convey complex ideas.
• Ability to quickly understand voice and audio AI models.
• Understanding of deal structures, GTM motions, and revenue impact.
• Nice to have relationships with system integrators, resellers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to identify critical audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a regional, forward-deployed engineering team.
• Identify use cases and integrate our tech into customer workflows.
• Design bespoke integrations aligning with customers' products and operations.
• Guide best practices for implementing our models to maximize impact.
• Present findings to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product to feed field insights.
• Deliver compelling demos and expand into new industries.
