• Schedule : Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What you’ll do :

• Assisting the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols
• Educating patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
• Taking and developing X-rays (if certified) and maintaining accurate patient records
• Reporting to the Office Manager and supporting front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication
• Facilitating the morning huddle between the doctor and clinical staff
• Ordering sundries and maintaining inventory
• Supporting clinical staff and contributing to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment

What you’ll bring to the role :

• Experience as a Dental Assistant and in a Leadership role is required
• Certification as a Level I or Level II Dental Assistant (if required in your province)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
• Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
