Job summary

Air Canada Vacations is seeking a Lead Coordinator, Product Integration to manage supplier contracts and product data within reservation systems.   • Load and maintain hotels, transfers, excursions, rates, availability, promotions, and other product data.
  • Develop, maintain, and validate supplier mappings and connectivity for accurate sale information.
  • Provide daily support and troubleshoot product loading, mapping, and system issues.
  • Train team members and create process documentation for loading and interfaces.

JOB TITLE : Lead Coordinator, Product Integration

POSITION STATUS : Temporary (12-month)

DEPARTMENT : Product / Sun

LOCATION : Montreal or Mississauga

The Lead, Coordinator, Product Integration is responsible for the successful integration, setup, and maintenance of supplier contracts and product information within the company’s reservation systems. The role serves as the department Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product integration, supplier connectivity, system loading, and data quality. The Lead provides guidance, training, and support to the team, ensuring products are loaded accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established business processes. The role works closely with Product, Supply, IT, BI, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve system functionality, support new initiatives, and ensure products are available for sale and perform as intended.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product integration, system loading, supplier connectivity, and TTS.
  • Coordinate the setup, integration, and maintenance of supplier contracts and product information in the reservation system.
  • Load and maintain hotels, transfers, excursions, rates, availability, promotions, discounts, and other product information, ensuring accuracy.
  • Review supplier contracts and translate contract information into the appropriate system requirements.
  • Build and maintain supplier mappings and connectivity to ensure accurate rates and product information are available for sale.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for product loading, mapping, connectivity, and system-related issues.
  • Work with IT to identify and resolve system issues and recommend improvements to system functionality.
  • Test new products, supplier connections, system changes, and new initiatives to ensure everything is working correctly before launch.
  • Review data and system setup to identify errors, discrepancies, and potential financial or operational impacts.
  • Train and support team members on system loading, supplier interfaces, mapping, connectivity, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and provide guidance to the team as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to support daily operations, product performance, and business decisions.
  • Work closely with Product, Supply, IT, BI, Finance, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve issues and support business needs.
  • Work with BI to improve existing reports and develop new reporting as required.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, reduce errors, and make product integration more efficient.
  • Respond to internal and external product-related questions and provide support as required.
  • Take on ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as required
What You Bring To The Team
  • College diploma in Travel & Tourism, Business, Aviation, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience in the travel, tourism, aviation, or reservations industry.
  • Experience working with reservation systems and product loading; TTS experience is an asset.
  • Good understanding of supplier contracts, rates, availability, promotions, and product setup.
  • Experience with supplier connectivity, Channel Managers, interfaces, mapping, or system integrations.
  • Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large amounts of data.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • French and/or Spanish is an asset.
