Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Site Superintendent.
• Experience on light industrial and commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate site information flow and liaise with clients and AHJ.
• Review drawings for conflicts and issues in advance.
• Supervise sub-trades, suppliers, and field workers.
• Lead safety meetings and site safety orientation.
• Ensure QC/QA per drawings and codes; maintain daily logs.
