Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for our construction projects in Canada. The role requires strong leadership to oversee field operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

The successful candidate will manage labour, equipment, and materials across multiple projects, coordinate with project managers and site teams, and mentor field staff while maintaining excellent client and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in the construction industry.
• 5+ years as site superintendent or similar role.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Expert knowledge of construction plans, layouts, and documentation.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong budgeting, scoping, scheduling, and quality control understanding.
• Ability to solve problems and mediate conflicts.
• Ability to coach and mentor field staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and mentorship to field personnel, fostering a positive work environment.

• Expert time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Expert organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of construction management concepts including budgeting, scoping, scheduling, and quality control.
