Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff.
• Create new recipes and supervise kitchen staff.
• Prepare and cook food for regular service or special events.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; supervise sous-chefs and cooks.
• Coordinate food preparation across multiple restaurants; plan menus and orders.
