Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Carpenter Foreman for on-site leadership at Richmond, BC. This working foreman role requires you to manage crews, read blueprints, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across rough carpentry, concrete, steel stud framing, and drywall.

You will spend time on the tools while mentoring journeymen and labourers, coordinating with the Site Superintendent, and using Procore and Rumbix to track progress and material needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as foreman/lead hand overseeing crews of 3–12 workers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 3–12 workers on commercial construction projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards on all work.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Site Superintendent and other trades.
