Job summary

BeachHead Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to lead digital transformation and RPA initiatives for a major financial client in Toronto.

You will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and collaborate with internal teams to drive delivery. The role requires 8+ years in business/systems analysis, strong SAFe knowledge, and experience with Jira, Confluence, UiPath, and API integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology, policies, procedures, and market trends.
• Proficiency with analytical software tools, MS Office, process modeling, data analysis, and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Expertise in SDLC, business system integration, process automation (UiPath), and API development.
• Experience working within banking or financial institutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and lead the delivery of detailed functional and non-functional requirements in line with standards.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications, collaborating with technology teams to develop and test solutions.
• Support testing efforts, ensuring outcomes meet requirements and facilitate seamless deployment.
• Act as a liaison between business leadership and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Support vendor and consultant deliverables, maintaining standards and business needs.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in relevant business domains, technologies, and industry trends.
• Assist in process automation initiatives and ensure integration with enterprise architecture.
• Maintain thorough documentation including business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications that are current and accessible.
• Participate in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
