Primary Skills

• Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP, etc.) and databases
• Analytical mindset with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Monitor communication between departments to ensure customer service has the necessary information to improve satisfaction
• Establish testing methods for business applications and create report templates to monitor application effectiveness

Secondary Skills
