CoverGo Limited is seeking a senior Business Analyst to work with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and craft analytical solutions. You will lead a BA team and define functional specifications for transformation projects in the insurance space.

The role requires experience in insurance/Insurtech, strong stakeholder management, and excellent English communication. Remote-friendly with a global client base and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a BA role.
• Experience in the insurance/Insurtech industry is a must.
• Experience advising on transformation programs with stakeholder management.
• Basic understanding of mobile app or web portal development cycles.
• Agile/Scrum framework for project planning & release management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
• Produces Functional Specification; gathers requirements across multiple business units.
• Lead (direct report) Business Analysts to grow their craftsmanship.
• Develops test plans for new workflows and documents process changes.
• Create process models for current and future states for process analysis.
• Initiate process assessments to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness and provide recommendations.
• Complete process gap analyses and documentation requests using consultative engagement frameworks.
• Execute end-to-end document lifecycle to ensure quality from creation to consumption.
• Ensure procedures for controlling, preserving, securing, and updating process documentation are followed.

What You Will Do

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
• Produces Functional Specification; interacts extensively with various business units and teams for Requirements Gathering and Elicitation. The functional specification is the basis of system development and enhancement
• Lead (direct report) Business Analysts to grow and continuously improve their craftsmanship
• Develops test plans for new workflows and processes; documents process changes
• Create process models for current and future states for process analysis
• Initiate process assessments to evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness and create findings and improvement recommendations
• Complete process gap analysis and transactional process documentation requests using consultative and proactive engagement frameworks
• Execute the end-to-end document lifecycle to ensure consistent quality work from the process creation to consumption
• Ensure that procedures for controlling, preserving, securing, and updating business process documentation are followed

What We Need

• A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field
• At least 7 years of experience in a BA role
• Previous experience working in the insurance industry or Insurtech is a must
• Experience in advising and guiding clients on complex transformation programs with key domain expertise in business readiness, business adoption, change strategy, visioning, execution, stakeholder management, benefits management, and communication
• Basic understanding of the technical development cycle of a mobile application or web portals
• Agile/Scrum Framework for Project Planning & Release Management experience is a must
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
