Job summary

Johnston Group Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Business Analysis to lead and develop a high-performing BA team within our Operational Excellence group. You will guide delivery of core functionality, enhancements, and fixes across Johnston Group applications and enterprise systems.

You will champion Lean, Agile, and process-improvement practices, coordinate across business and IT stakeholders, and drive standards for analysis work. Hybrid role based in Winnipeg, MB with three in-office days.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree, diploma or certification in Business Analysis, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum five years of experience in Business Analysis.
Leadership/ supervisory experience with coaching and development.
Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
Experience with Lean, process modeling, continuous improvement, or Agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in data analysis with Excel and PowerBI.
Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and systems development concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to recommend corrective actions.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Business Analysis team.
Ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Develop team capability, manage workloads and priorities, and establish standards.
Foster strong partnerships across business and IT groups.
Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
