Qualifications

• 10 years’ proven experience in a leadership role within beverage manufacturing, preferably brewing or beverage production.
• Experience implementing Quality Programs, KPIs, and safety standards.
• Strong communication and cross‑department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily brewery operations including brewing, cellar, packaging, and recipe development.
• Maintain a comprehensive Quality Program with defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales & Distribution to meet production targets.
• Lead inventory counts and control raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Develop new recipes and plan production timelines for core and seasonal products.
• Represent Boomstick at events and in the community.
