Job summary

Amsterdam Brewing Company is seeking a Brewer to join the production team in Toronto. You will brew high-quality beer, operate brewing and filtration equipment, and ensure clean and compliant work areas.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in beer production, strong communication, and the ability to handle rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekends. Physical stamina and a background in beverage production are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of beer production experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends.
• Degree or diploma in beverage production or related field.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Brew high-quality beer and operate brewing, filtration and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain GMP-compliant work area and keep the plant clean and organized.
• Document brewing batches, filtration runs and cleaning logs with accuracy.
• Perform quality control testing on raw materials and beer.
