Job summary

Capgemini America, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Data Engineering Solution Leader to define and build an autonomous Agentic Data Platform spanning data engineering and data management across multiple hyperscalers. The role focuses on reusable accelerators, governance, and AI-enabled data operations delivering scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities.

You will collaborate with Sales, GTM, and Alliances to shape propositions, support strategic pursuits, and ensure delivery success across global teams.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in data platforms, data engineering, and/or data management.
• 5 years leading solution architecture, platform engineering, or productized accelerators.
• Experience embedding AI/GenAI/Agentic AI into data operations to deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for an autonomous Agentic Data Platform across cloud ecosystems.
• Lead solution architecture and engineering to deliver a configurable, metadata-driven platform with accelerators.
• Institute a unified codebase with secure, repeatable releases and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Govern always-on demo/reference environments for GTM, partner showcases, and PoCs; manage funding and FinOps.
• Drive evolution of data products and semantic layers for trusted AI-enabled consumption.
