Qualifications

  • 15+ years of archaeological experience with demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-phase field programs.
  • Professional or research license to conduct archaeological fieldwork in Ontario in good standing with MCM.
  • Deep understanding of CRM business, permitting pathways, Indigenous engagement practices, and heritage stewardship.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee archaeological assessments aligned with Ontario Heritage Act & MCM.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on archaeological processes and constraints.
  • Mentor archaeological team members, building capability and supporting succession.

Skills

15+ years of archaeological experience
Professional or research license for archaeological fieldwork in Ontario
Expertise in project financial management
Mentorship and leadership skills
Strong understanding of CRM business

Education

Degree in archaeology, anthropology, or related discipline
