Zusammenfassung

The City of Leduc is recruiting a Permanent Full-Time Lead Instructor for the Leduc Recreation Centre. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to aquatic instructors, ensuring safe, high-quality programs with excellent customer service to participants and families.

Reporting to the Aquatic Programs Coordinator, you will support daily operations, instructor development, and program administration to create a positive experience for staff and participants.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum two years of aquatic experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is mandatory.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising staff is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily leadership and support to aquatic instructors on the pool deck and during lessons.
• Coordinate pool setup, takedown, and pool configurations to support program requirements.
• Ensure instructor administration, class materials, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Train, mentor, certify, and re-certify aquatic program staff.
• Maintain program supplies and submit supply orders as required.
