Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Engineering Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering is required.
• 8+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience (PhD reduces required years).
• Familiarity with transistor-level circuit design using advanced CMOS technology nodes.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee analog/mixed-signal block design from concept to verification.
• Optimize power, performance and area for CMOS blocks.
• Oversee layout to minimize parasitics and process variation.
• Document design features and key testbench results.
• Collaborate with application team to correlate measurements with simulations.
