Job summary

Top Aces Inc. is seeking a Crew Chief (Production) to lead a maintenance team in our Canada operations. You will coordinate daily work, plan repairs, and ensure airworthiness and safety standards are met, while guiding non-licensed staff on maintenance releases.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high tempo environment. Travel may be required; Transport Canada M2 license is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience with flight and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to lead a team in a high tempo environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literate with Microsoft and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work.
• Lead and schedule maintenance personnel.
• Ensure airworthiness and safety policies are followed.
• Sign or coordinate Maintenance Releases for non-licensed personnel.
• Provide on-site training and coaching to maintenance staff.
• Resolve material, tooling, and engineering issues impacting the plan.
• Maintain complete aircraft maintenance records.
