The Senior Maintenance Manager leads the execution of maintenance activities supporting all Canadian Programs across all Canadian bases and deployed environments. Reporting to the Sr DOM– Canada, this role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable aircraft availability to meet operational demands, through effective coordination of maintenance planning, manpower, and operational execution. The Senior Maintenance Manager ensures that all Canadian Program maintenance activities are executed in accordance with the Top Aces Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM) and Maintenance Control Manual (MCM), and are planned, performed and reported in accordance with Airworthiness and regulatory obligations.
The position works closely with Operations, Maintenance Control Center (MCC), Supply Chain, Fleet Management and PRM/Quality to deliver sustained fleet readiness in a dynamic, high‑tempo operating environment.
