Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to join a leading bank in Toronto. You will drive AI platform design, automation, and production readiness within the Cloud Engineering Infrastructure team.

You will provide hands-on technical leadership across observability, security, and governance, ensuring reliable, secure AI platform services for enterprise scale. The role requires strong experience with Azure, Microsoft Foundry, and power platform environments, plus deep SRE/DevOps practices and

Qualifications

7 years experience in platform operations, site reliability engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or enterprise IT operations.
5+ years with power platform environments and demonstrated experience leading technical delivery, engineering standards, production readiness, incident response, problem management, service restoration, and operational reporting for enterprise platforms.
Strong experience with Microsoft Foundry and Azure.
Observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana and related telemetry design.
Knowledgeable in enterprise network, edge security, identity, access management, and related internal platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical leadership across AI platform design, implementation, automation, observability, and production readiness.
Ensure AI platform services are secure, resilient, observable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
Lead engineering excellence, reliability, operability, governance control enforcement, and incident coordination.
