Job summary

Earnix is seeking a Lead Product Manager – AI/ML in Toronto, hybrid (3 days on site). You will own the lifecycle of AI/ML-powered data and trust intelligence products, from discovery through production, working with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Engineering teams to translate complex ML capabilities into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI/ML product lifecycle from discovery to production.
• Define requirements and roadmap priorities for data, models, and intelligence features.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to move ML models to production.
• Lead pilots and value validation initiatives to shape the roadmap.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and positioning for AI offerings.
• Define success metrics and track model performance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology to bring products to market.
• Communicate vision, progress, and value to stakeholders.
