Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, solution engineering, or a related technical field.
• AI-first mindset with ability to reimagine processes using AI and automation.
• Strong problem solving in ambiguous environments with practical, scalable solutions.
• Business curiosity with product thinking and understanding of how people work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and business leaders to uncover opportunities and deliver AI-enabled solutions with measurable value.
• Shape future-state AI solution architecture translating business challenges into scalable capabilities.
• Design and build AI agents, workflows, APIs, integrations, and reusable services.
• Deliver MVPs rapidly and evolve into secure, production-ready solutions with continuous improvement.
• Adopt emerging AI technologies securely across Azure and AWS platforms.
• Create architecture blueprints, data flows, and governance artifacts.
