Job summary

Whispering Pines Landscaping is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our outdoor team immediately. You will support the crew lead with site prep and tasks, operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, and blowers, and perform lawn care with meticulous attention to detail.

We value a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Winter snow removal is required, and there are opportunities to assist with sales conversations and client inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment and practices.
• Willingness to participate in winter snow removal work.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the crew lead with day-to-day site preparation and tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools/equipment (zero-turn & walk-behind mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Perform lawn maintenance (grass cutting, trimming, leaf blowing) with attention to detail.
• Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season.
• Interact courteously with clients and represent the company professionally.
• Handle physical tasks, including lifting and equipment handling.
• Keep tools and equipment clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols on job sites.
• Provide occasional support with sales and client inquiries.
