Job summary

Weed Man is hiring for a full-time “seasonal” Lawn Care Worker (General Labour) to join our team in Canada. You will apply fertilizer and weed control products that are safe and government approved, and contribute to customer growth through on-site estimates and truck-lead generation.

No experience is required. A Class 5 licence is required. You will maintain a professional appearance, deliver excellent customer service, and coordinate scheduling and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Driving experience with a valid license is required.
• General labour experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and weed control products that are safe and government approved.
• Generate truck leads through sales & marketing activities.
• Provide free lawn care estimates to potential customers.
• Analyze customers' lawns and suggest improvements.
• Maintain production schedules and complete paperwork accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain truck/equipment cleanliness.

As we continue to grow, Weed Man is hiring for our full time “seasonal” positions. We are currently looking for our next great Lawn Care Worker (General Labour) to join our successful team - No Experience Required!

As a Lawn Care Worker (General Labour), you will carry out duties such as:

• Applications offertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved.
• Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating “truck leads”
• Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers’ lawn.
• Maintain expected production schedule
• Completion of paperwork with accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

• Driving Experience: Minimum 4 years
• General Labour Experience: Minimum 1 year
