Job summary

Weed Man is seeking energetic Lawn Care Workers (Seasonal) to join our team in Canada. You will apply fertilizer and weed control, generate leads, and provide free lawn estimates while maintaining schedules and paperwork with a strong focus on customer service.

No prior experience is required, and there are opportunities for growth into supervisor or manager roles. A company vehicle and equipment are provided along with annual bonuses and commissions to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Driving experience: minimum 4 years.
• General labour experience: minimum 1 year.
• Class 5 Licence is required.
• Customer service experience beneficial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and weed control that are safe and government approved.
• Generate truck leads through sales & marketing activity.
• Provide free lawn care estimates to prospective clients.
• Analyze lawns and provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain production schedule and accurate paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Keep truck and equipment clean and presentable.
• Maintain professional appearance.

As a Lawn Care Worker (Seasonal), you will carry out duties such as:

• Applications offertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved.
• Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating "truck leads"
• Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers’ lawn.
• Maintain expected production schedule
• Completion of paperwork with accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.
