Job summary

Weed Man Ltd in Calgary is hiring for a full-time "seasonal" Lawn Care Worker (General Labour). You will apply fertilizer and weed control, provide free estimates, and help grow our client base with on-site service. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

We offer bonuses, potential advancement, and a company vehicle with equipment provided. You should have a valid Class 5 licence, strong customer service skills, and be ready to join a motivated team.

Qualifications

• Four years of driving experience is required.
• At least 1 year of general labour experience.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are expected.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and weed control that are approved for use.
• Generate truck leads and market the service.
• Provide free lawn care estimates to prospective clients.
• Analyze lawns and provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain production schedules and complete paperwork accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain truck/equipment cleanliness.

As we continue to grow, Weed Man is hiring for our full time "seasonal" positions. We are currently looking for our next great Lawn Care Worker (General Labour) to join our successful team - No Experience Required!

As a Lawn Care Worker (General Labour), you will carry out duties such as:

• Applications offertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved
• Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating“truck leads”
• Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customers' lawn
• Maintain expected production schedule
• Completion of paperwork with accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment
• Maintain a professional personal appearance

• Driving Experience: Minimum 4 years
