As we continue to grow, Weed Man is hiring for our full-time "seasonal" positions. We are currently looking for our next great Lawn Care Technician (General Labour) to join our successful team - No Experience Required!

As a Lawn Care Technician (General Labour), you will carry out duties such as:

• Applying fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved
• Sales & Marketing opportunities by generating “truck leads”
• Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates
• Analyzing and providing recommendations to improve the quality of customers' lawns
• Maintaining expected production schedule
• Completing paperwork with accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
• Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment
• Maintaining a professional personal appearance

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

• Driving Experience: Minimum 4 years
• General Labour Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Class 5 Licence - Required!
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills
