As we continue to grow, Weed Man is hiring for our full-time "seasonal" positions. We are currently looking for our next great Lawn Care Technician (General Labour) to join our successful team - No Experience Required!

As a Lawn Care Technician (General Labour), you will carry out duties such as:

1. Applying fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved.
2. Engaging in sales & marketing opportunities by generating “truck leads”.
3. Outdoor lead generation for prospective clients by providing free lawn care estimates.
4. Analyzing and providing recommendations to improve the quality of customers' lawns.
5. Maintaining the expected production schedule.
6. Completing paperwork with accuracy.
7. Providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
8. Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned truck and equipment.
9. Maintaining a professional personal appearance.

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

1. Minimum 4 years of driving experience.
2. Minimum 1 year of general labour experience.
3. Class 5 Licence - Required.
4. Customer Service experience.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
