Northern Health is seeking a Casual Laundry Worker II for the Fort St. John Hospital. You will perform a variety of laundry duties, including operating equipment, sorting linens, and preparing items to standard. We are currently looking for a hard working and dedicated /Laundry Worker to fill a Casual position at the Fort St. John Hospital.
In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Laundry Worker II performs a variety of duties for Laundry Services such as operating and loading/unloading designated equipment, and collecting, weighing, sorting, and preparing linens in accordance with established standards and required operational procedures. This position may also provide supervision to designated staff by performing duties such as scheduling and coordinating work assignments and determining related training and orientation requirements.
