Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts, The Josie, in Rossland, BC, invites you to join our Housekeeping Team as a Laundry Attendant on a part-time, seasonal schedule. Earn $20 per hour, with a strong benefits package and flexible shifts during the winter season at RED Mountain.

You will collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver linens, uphold high cleanliness standards, and support other departments as needed. Enjoy employee discounts, ski passes, and a vibrant mountain community this December start date.

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift loads.
• Flexible schedule with weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, sorting, and transporting soiled linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Operating washers, dryers, and folding equipment according to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Inspecting items for stains or damage and pre-treating or reporting them accordingly.
• Folding, organizing, and delivering clean linens to storage areas or departments.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the laundry room and equipment.
• Monitoring laundry supplies and informing the Housekeeping Supervisor when inventory is low.
• Assisting housekeeping or other departments with additional duties as required.
• Other job-related tasks, as assigned

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be working as part of our Housekeeping team, collecting, sorting, transporting linens, operating washer and dryer equipment and folding/organizing to our highest standards to ensure our guest experience!
