Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication environment is an asset.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and drawings.
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots are required; PPE provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and load/unload sheet metal for laser punch operations.
• Assist with machine setup and basic adjustments under supervision.
• Monitor production runs for accuracy and quality; inspect parts for safety.
• Report equipment or material issues to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; follow Lean and ISO 9001 procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and on-time delivery.
