Job summary

Oakstead Tree and Property Care Inc. in Brentwood Bay, BC is seeking a motivated Landscape Worker to join its outdoor maintenance team. The role requires self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work long hours in an outdoor setting.

You will assist with landscape construction, mowing, pruning, planting, sod work, soil handling, and equipment maintenance, with compensation ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour for 30–45 hours weekly, in permanent full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction.
• Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants.
• Cut grass.

• Lay sod or seed.
• Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Apply fertilisers.
• Repair and maintain equipment.
• Water and care for plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment.
