Creative Roots Landscaping is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice in Kelowna. No experience? No problem, you just need to love the outdoors! With our comprehensive training, you can grow your skills—and your career—from Pre-Apprentice to Foreman in as little as three seasons!

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Maintenance Team, you’ll help maintain stunning outdoor spaces for our clients. Check out our Instagram to see the kind of work we get to do and with who.

• Work with your Foreman and team to maintain high-end gardens and landscapes.
• Master essential tasks like cultivating, weeding, lawn care, pruning, hedge trimming, and mulching.
• Safely and efficiently operate tools and small machines.
• Load and transport equipment to and from job sites.
• Work with purpose and urgency to ensure every task is completed to perfection.
• Participate in team huddles and learn the business side of landscaping through our Creative Roots Way.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
