As our Landscape Construction Foreman, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager to oversee all aspects of landscape construction. You’ll manage and mentor a team of 3-4 workers, ensuring high-quality installations of Kelowna’s most exclusive landscapes.
- Plan, schedule, and execute landscape construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead your team with humility, respect, and positivity.
- Promote safety, excellence, and innovation on every site.
- Master the art of custom installations, including:
- Paving stones, slabs, and flagstone
- Water features and drainage systems
- Natural stone walls (hand-stacked or machine-built)
- Low-voltage lighting and irrigation
- Softscapes
Our ideal Landscape Construction Foreman has a passion for leading teams and executing top-tier projects.
- Experience: 2+ years of formal training or 5+ years of field experience in landscape construction.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Reading plans, material take-offs, and operating equipment (skid steers, excavators, transit levels, and more).
- Qualifications: Valid BC Driver’s License with Heavy Trailer Endorsement, First Aid Certificate.
- Personal Qualities:
- Polite, respectful, and humble.
- Emotionally intelligent and adaptable.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for learning and growing.
