Job summary

Fossil Landscape Construction is seeking a Crew Member to join our Vancouver team and contribute to high-end residential landscapes. You will engage in horticulture learning, assist with maintenance, and work closely with a strong team in an outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a commitment to quality workmanship, with on-site schedule from Monday to Friday and a February–December season. Training and career development are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer service commitment.
• Ability to safely operate powered equipment (e.g. line trimmers, lawnmowers).
• Commitment to safety and team safety.
• Driver’s license with safe driving record; truck driving is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ensuring the properties we maintain look great after every visit.
• Weed and cultivate garden beds.
• Mow and line trim lawns.
• Clean and maintain all hardscape and paved surfaces on the property.
• Maintain shrubs, perennials, annual plantings.
• Hedging.
• Installation of seasonal plantings and garden renovations as required.

What You Bring

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Season: February to December (full-time, permanent)
