Fossil in Vancouver is seeking an Account Representative to serve as the primary client contact, build trusted relationships, and ensure every property is cared for to Fossil's standard of excellence. You will manage up to 3 maintenance crews and coordinate weekly schedules, tools, materials, and plantings.

The role emphasizes training staff, coordinating with the Maintenance Manager on material orders and subcontractors, and pursuing opportunities for enhancements.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in horticulture, preferably high-end residential maintenance.
3+ years of supervising maintenance teams.
Post-secondary education in horticulture is an asset (certificate/diploma/Red Seal).
Experience delivering high-level service to discerning clientele.
Experience with irrigation systems and landscape lighting.
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and deliver exceptional service.
Build trusted relationships and anticipate client needs.
Organize and lead up to 3 maintenance crews; create weekly schedules.
Ensure crews have tools, materials, and plants; train staff.

About the Role

The Account Representative is the primary contact for assigned clients and is responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience. By building trusted relationships, anticipating client needs, and maintaining high standards of quality, this role helps ensure every property is cared for in a manner that reflects Fossil's commitment to excellence.

Crew Management

This role is also responsible for organizing and leading up to 3 maintenance crews to deliver exceptional quality and efficiency on all assigned properties. The role includes creating a weekly schedule for crews with tasks in addition to regular maintenance. The Account Representative ensures that crews have appropriate tools, materials, and plants for crews to successfully complete tasks. The Account Representative is also expected to provide training in all aspects of estate maintenance, development and providing feedback to staff.

Additional responsibilities

Additional responsibilities include the coordination of ordering materials with the Maintenance Manager, supervision and management of subcontracted industry partners, and coordination with appropriate Fossil employees for enhancement/special project opportunities.
