Job summary

Westman Groundworks is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead for a hands-on role guiding an installation crew. Seasonal, full-time work runs from April through November with potential for a fifth 10-hour day during peak season. Winter work is also available for qualified candidates.

The role includes direct supervision of crew members, hands-on installation of patios and walls, and operating heavy equipment while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• At least two years of landscaping or construction experience.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Equipment-operating experience.
• Ability to lead a small crew.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Phone with an active data plan.
• Class 3, air-brake, grading and trailer experience are assets.
