Job summary

The Landmark Group in Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our hands-on team. You will contribute to hardscape projects, patios, walkways and walls, following directions and maintaining safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year landscape construction experience, possess a valid G license, and are willing to work outdoors in varying weather. We value punctuality, teamwork, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year landscape construction experience.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Clean drivers abstract and a valid G license (AZ/ARZ a plus).
• Willing to work outdoors in changing weather.
• Able to follow directions and learn on the job.
• Stone experience preferred.

Position:

We are currently looking to hire a Landscape Construction Crew Member. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and skills in landscape construction from hardscaping, patios, walkways and retaining walls. They will have the willingness to learn and grow in their role, must be able to follow directions and enjoy the process of landscape construction projects coming together.

Role Requirements:

• 1 year Landscape Construction experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Be well organized and punctual
• An eye for a very high level to detail
• Great communicator
• Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
• Experience operation skid steers & mini-excavators is an asset
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling), and able to lift 30 - 50 lbs.
• Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid G license ( AZ or ARZ is an asset)
• Stone Experience preferred
