Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand goals, budget, and timeline, then follow up with proposals.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and photos to inform concepts.
• Develop landscape concepts and presentations including planting and hardscape ideas.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, labor, materials, and subcontractor budgets for proposals.
• Hand off awarded projects to operations and adjust pricing for changes.
