Qualifications

• Training provided on design, estimating, and our systems.
• On day one, a positive attitude and clear communication are essential.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, estimating, or sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand goals, budget, and timeline.
• Site visits for measurements and photos.
• Develop landscape concepts and presentations for proposals.
• Prepare quantities, labour, materials, and subcontractor budgets.
• Prepare proposals and hand off to operations after award.
• Update pricing and change orders as projects evolve.
