Clintar Winnipeg is hiring seasonal landscapers to support outdoor landscape and hardscape projects during the summer and fall seasons. You will perform a variety of outdoor tasks, from sod installation to material handling, under supervision.

The role emphasizes physical fitness, the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, and flexibility for occasional weekend shifts. Training and development are provided as part of the position with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping experience preferred.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend work.

Responsabilités

• Concrete forming.
• Seasonal clean-up.
• Sod install.
• Load/unload trucks daily.
• Soil or rock work.
• Tree installation and maintenance.
• Hardscape installation including masonry and stone work.
• Read tape measure and follow specifications.
• Operate landscaping equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations.

• knowledge of paving techniques, installation of natural stones, construction of walls, concrete and more, such as masonry work
• Trim shrubs/trees
• Operate landscaping equipment
• Adhere to company & local safety regulations
